Final Artwork

CLIENT: Pizzarova

Bristol November 2018

I painted the interiors of Pizzarova Park Street. Alex, the owner, wanted to give some life to the top area of the bar, kitchen and oven, with a Bristolian styled mural, that would be enhanced by pink neon lights. Pizzarova is famous for being an independent business from Bristol that started from a takeaway pizza oven in a Landrover, offering high quality ingredients and dough.

The space measures were 5m x 1.70m and took 3 days to paint with the help of an assistant on each day.

The brief was very open, pizza themed of course, but I wanted to focus my attention on the character of the venue: the logo, a line work of a hand very clean and simple, the clean walls and the brand colours gave me the bases to start creating something out of the box. To give it the Bristol flavour I opted for making a sea of dough that will come out of the landrover, a storytelling of the brand, some shapes like waves made from the dough would give the movement and rhythm I was looking for.
